Terms of Use

• Contributions are voluntary donations to a registered non-profit. They are not a purchase and carry no personal benefit, return or guarantee.
• The minimum Smile Partner contribution is ₹99.
• Your Partner ID, certificate and card identify you as a supporter. They may not be used to collect money or to represent the foundation.
• Volunteers must never collect cash for Smile Partner membership — every partner pays online from their own account.

Monthly Partner

• Your contribution is collected automatically each month (UPI AutoPay or card).
• Your Partner ID stays active as long as your monthly payments continue.
• You can change the amount or pause auto-pay at any time from your dashboard.
• If a monthly payment fails, your status shows "Payment issue" until it goes through.
• If you cancel, auto-pay stops and your Partner ID becomes inactive straight away. Your receipts and certificate history stay in your account, and you can re-join later with the same ID.

One-Time Supporter

• A single contribution — nothing is collected automatically.
• Your Partner ID is active for 12 months from the date of payment.
• After that it shows as "Expired". Your receipts stay in your account.
• Giving again renews your ID for another 12 months, counted from your expiry date if you renew early.

Help applications

• Applying is free. Help depends on verification, the foundation's policy and the funds available; applying does not guarantee help.
• Information given must be true. False information may lead to the application being closed.
